We recently had several old VHS tapes converted to digital files, and the entire experience was excellent. A couple of the tapes were unlabeled, and we weren’t even sure what was recorded on them. Instead of just converting everything automatically, they reached out to let us know what they found so we could decide whether we wanted those tapes included. That level of communication and attention to detail was really appreciated.
The process was simple from start to finish, they were fast, easy to work with, and the quality of the digital videos exceeded our expectations. It was such a relief to be able to preserve these memories and finally watch them again.
